Orders under € 100 are delivered within the Netherlands with POSTNL and costs € 8.95. We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 business days to the specified delivery address.

We work with POSTNL within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands POSTNL works with local shipping carriers. When your order is shipped you will receive a trackinglink which also makes it possible to follow your package internationally.
We strive to make you happy with our products. Would you still like to return or exchange something? No point, all products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase including the fully completed return form. You can download this here.
Do you like the product, but is the size incorrect? Then indicate on the return form that it is an exchange. You do need to order a new size online to make sure that the correct size is yours to have. Once we have received your returnshipment we will transfer back your payment.
The items should be returned neatly packaged in the original CHA box, including the product card, tissue paper and return form. A return shipment will otherwise not be processed and sent back to you. Therefore, complete the return form as completely as possible and attach the document to the package.
The costs of returning are at your expense. We recommend sending a return shipment with PostNL, because you will receive a track & trace number there. Keep this number in a safe place until the order is processed: until then you are responsible. After we have received the return shipment in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method with which the original payment was made.
