Free shipping on orders over €150
Free shipping applies to countries where standard shipping rates are €25 or lower.
Shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL.
All other international orders are shipped with DPD.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days of purchase.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you remain responsible for the return until it has been received.
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to request a return
To request a return, please go to your customer account through the sign in link on our store.
- Click here to Log in to your account.
- Sign in with your email address. You will receive a 6 digit one time code by email, so no password is needed.
- Open the order you would like to return.
- Click on Return items.
- Select the item or items you would like to return and choose the reason for your return.
- Submit your request. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Important to know
Returns can only be requested for items that have already been shipped or delivered.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation instead.
If your order contains both shipped and unshipped items, these can be handled separately.
Please note that some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
